I’m never sure if it’s better to be one of the people who forgets everything that happens when they’re drunk, or one of the ones who always remembers.

One way you at least get to laugh at stuff that happened and maybe learn from it, the other way might one day give you the benefit of being able to live with yourself.

I remember. Or, I remember the party part of the night. Eg of one incedent, I remember the party, the ride home, getting a gatorade, going to bed, waking up a little later and going to throw up. After that it’s black. I woke up in bed, but apparently my mom found me on the bathroom floor in a puddle of vomit.

I think those are the parts I’d like to forget, so win.

As far as having people tell me stupid things I did, I think I'd rather remember them so I can laugh too.

One time I drank on medication. It was a very stupid accident - I took it, took a nap, woke up later and forgot I’d taken it. Then some friends came by and wanted to pregame a bit and then go to the bar.

I apparently had 2 drinks, told them I was floating, then left the house and wandered up and down my street (it was on a big hill and I remember being fascinated by the elevation change). After a few back-and-forths I walked to the laundromat at the bottom of the hill and tried to do other peoples laundry. Weird fucking day.

Drinking in anti-depressants is a good way to make them not work and also cause suicidal thoughts. Seriously, don't fucking do it. It may give you that instant feel good gratification but it's actually worsening your depression.
